Fundamental skills of passing, serving, hitting, blocking, and setting, as well as rules of the game with offensive and defensive strategies will be taught during the 2013 Permian Volleyball camp.

from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The 2012 Permian Volleyball tryouts were held and the list of those that have qualifed is listed below. We would like to thank all of the upcoming Permian student athletes for their interest in the volleyball program and their efforts in trying out for the team this year.

Finding ourselves in the latter days of July and summer, Mojo Volleyball is about to be served. Starting on August 6, tryouts for the upcoming season will be held. Returning Lady Panthers will begin conditioning drills.
August will also usher in the debut of new head coach Gillian Danley. Her responsibilities increased over the summer from varsity assistant to leader of the Permian volleyball program. Nikki Springer will join the coaching in her first year with the Black and White.

Team Camp Dates Set For July |

Two summer Team Camps have been set for Lubbock and San Angelo. The Texas Tech Camp will be held on July 13-15. It wll be an overnight camp. Cost is $245 per player, and interested parties can contact Don Flora to reserve a spot. Check-in time is noon to 1:00 p.m. at Stangel/Murdough Residental Hall.
The San Angelo team camp will be held on July 28 and 29 at Junell Center Stephen's Arena. Cost is $400 per TEAM, which does not include lodging. There is also a $15 participation fee.
